NEW STAGE IN THIS BLOG
For last few years, the Institute of Public Law has published in this blog the contributions from its members as well as from other professors, researchers and professionals.
From today, starts a new stage in which we want to pay attention to those issues related with the territorial organization of the states and, in particular, to the transformation of the Spanish State since the approval of the Constitution in 1978. We also want to look at the main problems and challenges that are set up today willing to contribute to the analysis and debate about the future evolution within the constitutional framework but also in a likely constitutional reform setting. This blog will also collect public law contributions on topics that are of current interest.
In order to perform its goals, the Institute brings together law professors and researchers linked with the Institute and also professors from other Spanish and foreign universities. Moreover, taking into account the multidisciplinary and dynamic approach that wants to be delivered through the blog, professors and contributors from other disciplines (economy, history, and philosophy) will also join. It is also planned to update and develop periodic contributions from the authors with new sections such as books reviews and other publications releases, comments about projects, norms and jurisprudence.
So far they have written in this blog editing , among others, the following authors : Alfredo Galán, Andreu Olesti, David Moya, Eduard Roig, Eliseo Aja, Francesc Pallarés, Javier García Roca, Joaquin Tornos, José Antonio Montilla, Luis Martín Rebollo and Tomàs Font.
Finally, it is planned for contributions from the blog to be weekly with the goal to have a wide dissemination and awareness. In addition, contributions will be published in three languages: Spanish, Catalan and English.
